Auctioneer’s Note: Due the sale of the home, the balance of the estate will be liquidated. Sylvia and Jim had
some very things and including furniture, antiques & collectibles, along with a nice offering of shop and
woodworking equipment. Along with that, we are excited to offer the restored 1964 Ford pickup that the
Sayers’ were so proud of. Restored back to its original condition, the pickup is in great shape and runs like
