Division Asst. Chief Lorna Cruz, Finance Division Chief Roberta Navarro, HRMS Head Ruthlane
Velarde and Florencita Batomalaque of RR 8Makati who was the resource speaker. The seminar was coordinated by Cynthia Santiago, QMS
Document Records Controller.
Briefings on MRCOS
Three (3) batches of revenuers from RR 16-Cagayan
de Oro City and its district offices, led by OIC-Regional Director Alberto Olasiman, attended the Updates and Technical Briefings on Mobile Revenue
Collection Officers System (MRCOS) conducted last
January 6 to 8 at RR 16's Conference Room by resource speakers, Network and Engineering Section
OIC-Chief Emil Aglugub and Technical Support Section OIC-Chief Sharon Saupi of
Revenue Data Center Mindanao. Resident COA Auditors also attended the briefing.

Personnel from different offices attended the eTIS-1 Master Trainers
Soft Skills Training (Practice Delivery) conducted last January 7 at
the NTC Auditorium, in preparation
for the upcoming rollout of the Electronic Tax Information System (eTIS-1) in identified
BIR pilot sites. The training was facilitated by Ms. Tess Azicate, consultant from BIR
Change Management (CM) Team on eTIS1, in coordination with the Training Delivery Division.
