1010. Leadership
Pay Attention: Evangelism for the 21st Century
Dr. Leonard Sweet
Paying attention changes your brain, your being,
your future. Evangelism is the art of paying attention.
We live in an attention-deficit-culture more adept
at gaining attention than at paying attention. In
this workshop, we shall show how evangelism is
more paying attention than attracting attention. The
best evangelists are not the attention-getters, but
attention-givers, those who can read the signs of
what God is up to. An essential workshop for all
church leaders!
Author Joel C. Rosenberg will teach about God’s
plan for the Jewish people and the significance of
the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979. Learn about
the Islamic extremist leaders today, describing who
they are and what they believe. Learn about the
explosion of Christianity in the Muslim world, who
the Revivalists are and hear numerous testimonies.
Joel will also focus on the distinctions between
the “air war” the Revivalists are waging, and the
“ground war.”

and doesn’t work in small groups.

Learn practical steps you can take to build
relationships that will build faith in the lives of
your students.
140. Great Illustrations!

142. Back In My Day
147. Listening Prayer
Elijah remembers when downloading music
took TWO buttons (....PLAY & RECORD) and
tight leg jeans were in style for the first time.
Change is inevitable (and often hilarious as
you’ll hear). Elijah targets the only unchanging
force in the universe (God’s Word) while
remembering some of the past flashes that
make up generations of humor.
Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice,” but
for many of us, prayer feels like leaving a
message on God’s answering machine, hoping
he will check his messages. Through listening
prayer, discover how time with God can
become a real meeting with a living friend. 143. Hero
Francis of Assisi once met Jesus disguised as
a leper and the encounter changed the course
of his life. Jesus continues to visit his people
in the guise of societies marginalized. These
modern testimonies equip us in the art of
recognizing Him. Elec A Elijah Tindall
Elec A Brad Jersak
Elec B Elijah Tindall
Every hero has a moment in their lives when
everything changed. The common theme with
all heroes is the choice to take their abilities,
talents and gifts and use them for the benefit
of others. We’ll explore the concept of each
and every person finding their true gift and
making it available for the sake of others.
144. Toemies
Elec C Elijah Tindall
It was a sunny day at a basketball court in
a small Arkansas town. Elijah knew he had
no business being there; after all, his athletic
abilities were pretty much limited to video
games like Tetris. That’s when it happened;
he was recruited to play...The rest of this story
allows us to take a look at playing the game
of life outside of our calling, and dealing with
the consequence of brokenness.
145. Crazy Thoughts
141. Learning Activities that Meet Kid’s
Needs
Explore how our students learn in different ways.
Utilizing different approaches to communication
can help us be more effective in sharing the
Gospel. Discover a practical framework for
thinking about learning styles, and explore some
possible different learning strategies.
148. Kissing the Leper
Elec B Brad Jersak
149. Seeing Jesus in the Least of These
Elec C Brad Jersak
Jesus said, “Whatever you did for someone
overlooked or ignored, that was me--you
did it to me.” We will discuss who “the least
of these” are in our world and how Jesus
encounters us through them. 150. Fear No Evil
Elec D Brad Jersak
Behind every fear lurks a lie that Christ wants
to expose and obliterate with his truth. Learn
how Jesus gets at the root of our own fears
and uses us to set others free from theirs.

Worship and music by Junkyard Poets,
Linnea Salte and Sarah Reeves.
An interesting phenomenon occurs when one
doesn’t realize the limitations that others put
on them. This message targets 5 thoughts of
limitation that keep us from recognizing the
wings we have been given in life.
Since you were born, the media, the
government and religion have used fear to
manipulate the culture. Learn how to recognize,
deconstruct and break free from that.
146. Why You Do This To Me?
Elec E Elijah Tindall
There are moments in life that make a mark
on us. This lesson begins with a story that
made a “mark” on both, Elijah and a little
woman driving behind him in a gas station
parking lot. The spiritual implication of this
story will cause us to evaluate those around
us at every moment and consider the impact
we can have on them for eternity.

WHO ARE WE?
Break Forth Ministries (formerly New Creation
Ministries) is an evangelical Christian ministry which
was founded in 1977 with the goal of sharing the
life-giving message of the Gospel in the language of
the people.
Over the years, we have carried out over 7000
outreaches in North America and overseas. Break
Forth Ministries’ vision is to see all people live a life
of worship in Christ Jesus. We do this by holding
Break Forth Canada, evangelistic outreaches, renewal
events and Break Forth Regional workshops. We
also produce resource materials to develop the
worship life of the church. We have rapidly expanded
overseas through major conferences, workshops and
outreaches to countries such as Finland, Estonia,
Norway and more!
In 2007, we changed our name to Break Forth
Ministries from New Creation Ministries to better
reflect our events, resources, and world-wide
expansion. Although our name has changed, our
vision is the same.
