Please follow the signs in the terminal to the underground and take underground line no. U6 going to “Alt-Tegel”. Change trains at “Stadtmitte” and
take the U2 line to “U Ruhleben” and get off at “S + U Potsdamer Platz Bhf.”.
When leaving the station, go towards the front of the train, walk through the
tunnel and then turn right to Potsdamer Platz. The office is located on the
opposite side of Potsdamer Platz (look out for Vapiano Restaurant, which is on
the ground floor of the building). The journey takes approx. 15 minutes and
currently costs €2.10 (get a single ticket (“Einzelfahrausweis Berlin AB”)).

to “S + U Zoologischer Garten” and get off at the last stop. From there, get
on the underground (line no. U2, going to “S + U Pankow”) and get off at

of the train, walk through the tunnel and turn right to Potsdamer Platz. The

If you are coming from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station)
If you are travelling from Düsseldorf or Munich, please come into the city on
the A10 / E30 / E55 and exit at Ausfahrt 16 (Berlin-Zentrum, Berlin-Zehlendorf, Potsdam-Zentrum). Continue your journey on the A115 / E51 and then
on the A100 in the direction of Schönefeld, Dresden, Schöneberg and on
further in the direction of Sachsendamm, Tiergarten. Keep on going on the
B1 and exit at Ausfahrt 1.
