Used correctly and effectively as a communication and/or sales channel, it increases the companies’ revenues. The Intranet is considered as an important platform to support employee productivity by providing access to relevant information and data within the organization, as well as enhancing the brand and culture advocacy. Today, there are many tools to strengthen the communicative part of the website and thereby enhance the web visitors’ experience.
