How to enter Test Records into the FA Record PowerSchool (Rev’d 1/15/13) ALL ASSESSMENTS (OGT, OAA, KRAL, etc.) get entered on the “FA” Tab in State/Province-OH tab. This record will hold ALL student state-mandated test records (OGT, OAA, OTELA, etc). FROM HERE ON IN … do NOT enter test records in the Tests tab! (Historical records will remain here) To enter a test record, go to State/Province-OH for student, then choose the FA Tab. To modify a record, click on the blue Test link for the subject that you want to modify. To enter a test record, click on and choose the correct test from the drop-down box. This will bring you to the testing screen shown below. Enter the test information…see sample screens next page. If you need to enter another subject score for the same student, click “Save & Continue”. If you are through entering scores for the student, click “Save & Exit”. Sample Test Entry (Test Date Oct 2011) Standard Test Type w/IEP Accommodations Sample Test Entry (Test Date March 2012) Standard Test Type – Student Did NOT Test NOTES: 1. Each subject area will be a new record under “Assessment Area” 2. Notice two grade locations….Test Grade Level (always use 10 for OGT testing) and appropriate grade level for OAA Testing. 3. Test Date format is important. Some examples; for March 2012 test use 201203 for October 2010 test use 201010 for July 2011 test use 201107 4. Score Not Reported is used for “Waiver” Reason (see second sample above) 5.
