What is GoodGuides? Goodwill GoodGuides® is a national mentoring program that is meant to help youth build career plans and skills, and prepare for school completion, postsecondary training and productive work. The purpose of Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc. is to provide vocational services and employment opportunities for people with barriers to employment.
