to help process and digitize
historical materials. The Digital
Projects department at The
Cummings Center seeks to hire
one (and possibly more)
undergraduate student
assistants for up to 20 hours/
week for the end of the Fall
2014 semester and for the
Spring 2015 semester, with the
possibility of continued
employment based on favorable
performance review. Student
Assistants for Digital Projects
are responsible for entering
information into the database;
digitizing documents and media;
organizing materials, and other
tasks as assigned. Students
Assistants will likely need to be
able to lift 30 pounds. Student
assistants are required to work
at the front desk reception area

the phone for several hours
each week and one Saturday
each month.
