GSAA’S 3RD ANNUAL MYSTERY TRAIL RIDE

GSAA’S 3RD ANNUAL MYSTERY TRAIL RIDE
WHEN: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2014 (Ride will run rain or shine)
WHERE: 556 New Road, Barnstead, NH. (There will be signs for parking)
CHECK-IN starts: 9:00AM
RIDE OUT starts: 10:00AM
COST: $30.00, additional lunch for non-riders is available for $5.00.
DETAILS: Approximately a 6-7 mile loop using private trails and dirt roads in
Barnstead. There is one water crossing. Riders will be given instructions on how to play
the game after check-in. You can ride individually or in teams of up to 5 riders. Prizes will
be awarded to those that solve the mystery correctly! Hot lunch will be provided. Please
bring proof of Coggins, a camp chair and helmets if under 18.
I agree that if any damage is occasioned by, or injury or loss occur to myself or the horse entered,
or to any vehicle or other article or possession at the event, that I will make no claims, either now
or forever thereafter. I further agree to indemnify, forever, the ride, the Granite State Appaloosa
Association, it’s members, property owners and any participants in the event against all claims,
demands, suits, and loss or damage to any property or person caused by myself, my horse, my
attendants or my vehicle. I understand that trail riding can involve being in remote areas for
extended periods of time, far from communications, transportation, and medical facilities; and that
these areas may have many natural hazards which ride management cannot anticipate, identify,
modify, or eliminate; that horses can be excitable, difficult to control, and unpredictable; and that
accidents can happen to anyone at any time.
