We confess that we are captive to sin and cannot free ourselves. We have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed, by what we have done and by what we have left undone. We have not loved you with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. For the sake of your Son, Jesus Christ, have mercy on us. Forgive us, renew us, and lead us, so that we may delight in your will and walk in your ways, to the glory of your holy name. Amen. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, He is seated at the right hand of the Father, And he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, The holy catholic church, the communion of saints, The forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, And the life everlasting. Amen. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, And the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen. 0?, Crop Walk "It's Not Too Late to PARTICIPATE" St Andrew and especially our youth gathered $510.00 in pledges and turned out to walk on CROP WALK Sunday. You can still support this effort today with your pledge to help overcome poverty around the world! THANKS, DARLENE Report on Outreach Activities The Outreach ministry is on a roll for October and November. Please stop by the Trunk R Treat table to sign up to help with either the games, set up, or take down for this event. This is such a great way to have a safe and fun time with your family for Halloween but we need your help to put this on. So please help if you can. We also have our table up for the Operation Christmas Child project. We have plenty of boxes available to hand out and we can answer any questions you may have. There is a sample of a filled box (courtesy of Becky Casanova) so you can see how it should look and where to put the labels. All boxes will need to be returned to church by November 16th. It won’t be long before we have our Craft Fair on Saturday, November 15th. We continue to get vendors signed up for that day. We need volunteers to help us and there is a sign-up sheet for the various times we will need you even if you can only give an hour or two. We would greatly appreciate any help you can give. The sheet for the Craft Fair is on the Trunk R Treat table too. God bless your presence here today. We extend a warm welcome to all and invite you to join us for fellowship in the Narthex following each service. If you are a visitor, please sign our “Guest Book” on the table located at the main entrance. A staffed nursery is provided for children 4 years old and under for the 8:15, 9:30 and 11:00 am services. Items for October for NEED "O"atmeal, "O"ther breakfast foods Flowers are in memory of Vesna Stojanovic. Missed by the Stojanovic family. Bible Study The subject for Monday is the prophet Zephaniah Chapters 1-3 Thank you for a job well done. The youth of our church took on the job of oiling the altar, the baptism font and the pulpit last Sunday.
