This re-tender process will be acording to SKK Migas PTK 007 Rev II. Regulation.
A. DESCRIPTION:
Land Drilling Rig with capacity of 750 HP or 1000 HP with "Integrated Project Management (IPM) Drilling Services Contract" for drilling two
(2) exploration wells onshore Wain Block at East Kalimantan in the 1st Quarter of 2015. One firm drilling, the other one is optional drilling.
B.
Pre Qualification (PQ) documents to be submitted are:
1. Administrative Requirement of IPM Leader Company:
Copy of the following Pre Qualification (PQ) documents:
a. Application Letter
b. Akta Notaris (Notarial Deed) – Akta Pendirian Perusahaan
c. SIUP, TDP, SK Domisili Perusahaan (Company License, Registration and Domicile Letter).
d. NPWP, PKP, PPh Badan Terakhir. (Latest GOI Taxes) 2013.
e. Neraca Perusahaan (Financial Balance Sheet) audited by authorizes auditor. The balance sheet must be 2012 or 2013,
Older than those years shall not be acceptable.
2. Technical Requirement:
I. Bidders to declare with evidence that your company meet with min. TKDN (Domestic /Local Content) of 35% for this tender.
II. TECHNICAL DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED:
a. Copy of Valid SKPI (SERTIFIKAT KELAYAKAN PENGGUNAAN INSTALASI), for Rig, BOP’s, Cranes.
b. Present Rig status, availability and location, such as Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the principals about
availability of rig, as well the ability to support the implementation work and time schedule.
c. Working Experience in IPM Services.
d. Availability of key personnel with CV’s. (Rig Manager & Rig Superintendent), complete with copies of valid internationally
authorized Well Control Certificate; MIGAS Certificates; training experiences and copies of those certificates, English
speaking & writing capability (key personnel must be fluent in speaking and writing in English and Indonesian).
e. Further information will be requested in pre-qualification evaluation.
3. Service Companies:
The Service Companies offered will be requested later

Bidders to provide biodata & experience list of the Service Companies for PT.PPL’s evaluation. PT.PPL has the right to request
Bidders to change the Service Companies recommended by the Bidders in the event in PT.PPL opinion the Service Companies don’t
have sufficient experience.

Bid Document : ‘Invitation To Bid” and Bid Document will be distributed only to bidders who pass PQ.
PT.PPL will evaluate the PQ and has the right to decide whether or not to invite any registered companies that do not fulfilled or meet the above
mentioned requirements.
PT.PPL‘s decision is final and binding.
