Procedures and terms
Payment
• Payable upon receipt of the invoice, before the advertisement goes online.
• All rates are in Canadian dollars.
• The advertiser and advertising agency, if applicable, are jointly and severally liable to the publisher for payment of all advertising fees.

Cancellation
No cancellations are accepted fewer than 2 days before the advertisement is scheduled to go online. For cancellations from 7 to 3 days before
launch date, 50% of the total ad rate shall be payable and invoiced to the client.
Nonstandard materials
Any materials not meeting the technical requirements specified herein will be modified at the advertiser’s expense ($75 per hour, minimum 1
hour). Translation costs are not included.
