A LITTLE ABOUT US
The Church of God of Prophecy has
its roots in the Holiness/Pentecostal
tradition and has felt a special burden
to call attention to the principle of
unity in the body of Christ, while
faithfully proclaiming the gospel of
Jesus Christ before a watching world.
Our mission is to bear witness for
Christ and His truth and to spread the
gospel of the Kingdom in all its fullness and power, so that the rule of
God is brought about in the hearts of
men. In order to accomplish our mission we will pursue the following objectives:




Worship God
Evangelize the lost
Equip believers
Prepare for Christ’s return

Welcome Friends, Family and Guests to our
Youth Sunday worship service. We are very
happy to have you with us today. The youth
ministry's mission statement is taken from
Philippians 3:13-14 which says to forget what
is behind and strain toward what is ahead. To
press on toward the goal, to win the prize for
which God has called us heavenward in
Christ Jesus.
Their vision statement is taken from Romans
12: 1-2. Which states to offer your bodies as
a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Godthis is your true and proper worship. Do not
conform to the pattern of this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test and approve
what God’s will is– his good, pleasing and
perfect will.
We hope that you will enjoy your time with
us. We pray that you will receive a special
blessing from God as his spirit comes and
dwells among us. If you do not have a church
home, we sincerely invite you to join our
Christian fellowship. If you need assistance,
raise your hand and one of our ushers will
attend to you.

The Men’s Ministry meeting time has
changed. It will convene every 4th Saturday at 7pm


who attended the Ladies Enrichment Conference this weekend

Today at 6:30pm, Pastor Etienne Carelus
of the C.O.G.O.P located in Roosevelt,
will have an appreciation service

We are having a week of prayer and fasting October 19, 2014 through October 25,
2014 at 7pm. This is in preparation for our
week of revival October 26, 2014 through
October 31, 2014

The C.O.G.O.P located in Baldwin will
have their Pastor’s Appreciation on October 26, 2014 at 5pm. West Babylon
C.O.G.O.P will be the host church for this
event

Our Family Ministry Dept. will host a
“Family Night” on Friday, October 31,
2014 at 7pm. This will be a night of fun,
games and treats!

Our Building Fund will occur on November 16, 2014

