We are delighted to announce that the Coach House at Kinross House has been transformed into a
luxurious venue for entertaining and now, after welcoming Rolex the main sponsors of the Ryder
Cup as its first residents, it is ready to receive further groups of discerning guests. In order to
celebrate the launch we are throwing the doors open to couples who are looking for a glamorous
and romantic wedding venue by hosting a luxury wedding fair on the 1st and 2nd November at
1.00pm – 4pm.
The Coach House is situated within the beautiful private estate of historic Kinross House and
wedding parties are encouraged to enjoy drinks and have photographs taken within the exquisite
formal gardens of Scotland’s foremost Palladian property. With Loch Leven and Kinross House as a
backdrop there can be few more idyllic spots in which to capture memories and tie the knot.
An historic listed building itself, the Coach House boasts ten en-suite bedrooms designed by Scottish
interior specialist and royal warrant holder Mikhail Pietranek and is the perfect size for a bridal party
to call home for the weekend. With its majestic fresco ceilinged banqueting hall, courtyard terrace
overlooking a circular doo’cot, double height tartan library bar and cosy spa facility with two
treatment rooms, gym, steam room, sauna and group sized hydra- therapy pool, it is a simply
wonderful place to party.
The wedding fair will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November and exhibitors have been
specially selected to complement the elegant surroundings. Highlights will include chocolate making
demonstrations and tastings, ‘Ermintrude’ a 1922 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost originally made for a
Maharaja; floral demonstrations, live music, cocktail tastings, bespoke lingerie fitting, bespoke
jewellery maker, delicious canapes, vintage china displays, wine and champagne tastings, spa
treatments and even a horse drawn wedding cart. Experts in the fields of photography, wedding
and event planning will also be on hand to offer advice. Tickets and all tastings are complimentary

Kinross Estate is situated on the edge of Loch Leven and the town of Kinross just half an hour from
Edinburgh and twenty minutes from Perth.
Kinross House is available to let on an exclusive use basis a handful of times per year.
The Coach House at Kinross House is newly refurbished and is available to let throughout the year.
