DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW SITE
From NYS Thruway: Ate . 17 north to the end. Take NY State Thruway towards
Albany. Go less than one mile and take Exit 15A ·Sloatsburg/Rte 59" Make a
right at the end of the exit ramp onto Rte 59 South . Proceed about 1/2 mile and
go over metal bridge (which goes over the RR tracks). Go a short distance to
your first left, Torne Valley Road ., -A landmark directly across 'rom Tome Valley
Road is Frank 's Auto Body. Make left onto Torne Valley Road and proceed for
approximately 3/4 mile and you will see the complex on the left. The last building
adjacent to the football field is the Joseph T. S1. Lawren ce Center.
From Suffern/Rte 59: From Rte 59 through village of Suffern , make a right at the
light (facing the train tracks) and follow toward Hillburn (bearing left at next light).
Make a right onto Torne Valley Road. -A landmark directly across from Tome
Valley Road is Frank's Auto Body. Proceed on Torne Valley Road for
approximately 3/4 mile and you will see the complex on the left. The last building
adjacent to the football field is the Joseph T. S1. Lawrence Center.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled lime of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for
further judging will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents atone are
responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to
be judged. The show-g iving club and the superintendents have no obligation or responsibility for
providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners fo r the purpose of calling
or locating dogs thai are not brought into the ring when requi red.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged
or when in the exercising pen.
DECLINATION OF ENTRIES : The Doberman Pinscher Club of the Tappan Zee may decline any entry
for cause and may refuse or may remove any dog on account of disease, visciousness or other
causes, and no one shall have any cla im or recourse against the Doberman Pinscher Club 01
the Tappan Zee or any official thereof.
THE SHOW SUPERINTENDENT OR CLUB will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to any
dog exhibited, whether the result of accident or other causes. It is distinctly understood that every
dog at this show is in the care, custody and control of his owne r or handler during the entire time
the dog is on the Show premises.
T HE SHOW COMMITTEE/S UPERINTENDENTwili use due care a nd diligence for the welfare of dogs
and exhibitors, but will not be responsi ble fo r, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident
or misfortune to either dogs o r exhibitors participating in this show.
TRO PHIES AND PRIZES will be awarded in the judging rin gs to the persons exhibiting the dog, who
will be considered the owner or the agent of the owner. All claims for trophies and other prizes
must be made in the judging ring before the completion of the judging of the class, and the
Superintendent be advised at once, in the event of any d iscrepancy.
SWEEPSTAKES cash awards belong to the OWNER of the dog presented and WILL VE AWARDED
IN THE JUDGING RING TO THE PERSONS EXHIBITING THE OOG , WHO WILL BE CONSIDERED
THE OWN ER OR AGENT OF THE OWNER.
A PASS WILL BE ISSUED to each exhibitor. These passes a re for the use of exhibitors ONLY for
identification purposes as well as admission . These passes are not transferable.
NO G ROOMING TABLES o r crates will be allowed in the a isles and all grooming must be done away
from the judging area. Space for crates will be provided.
EX-PENS will be allowed in designated areas only.
Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative lee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries
cancelled prior to the ctosing of entries.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal
and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.
