12. The services are required to be supplied as and when required during the maintenance flom the date of
issue of work order. The Director reserves the rights to extend the time or cancel the order and to source
from next party according to operational urgency.
13. The quantity of various items in the schedule of work may increase or decrease due to administrative
requirements. Keeping this in view, the bidders should quote the rates
