- Your ad photos and text must be submitted on CD or hard copy
via mail. We do not accept e-mailed ads. You may include a
rough sketch of the desired layout; if you choose not to, we
will design your ad for you. Note: Parents do not have editorial
control over their ad. In good faith, parents accept that our
board does the best possible job with each ad.
- PHOTOS should be high quality. We will reduce or enlarge
them to fit your space. Because we cannot guarantee return
of photos, please send a copy of valuable pictures. Please do
not send in Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher files, as these do
not work for professional printing. The only digital formats
we accept are JPEG, TIF, PDF, and PSD. If you choose to build
your ad digitally, you MUST set the resolution at 300dpi to
your chosen size. Anything less will not reproduce well. If you
are nervous about doing things digitally, send us quality hard
copies and let us take care of it for you!
- Late ads: We follow strict deadlines for printing the Pot Pourri
yearbook; if you miss YOUR deadline for this ad, we make no
guarantees! We will always do our best to give you the ad
size you want, but to ensure that you receive exactly what you
desire, please submit your ad ON TIME!
