The 35tl' National Games, the premier multi disciplinary sporting event of India ,is
scheduied to be held in Kerala from 31't January
7 Districts viz.
to
14th February
2015 in 29 venues spread over
Thiruvananthapuru*
and Kannur.
For the smooth conduct of the Games, Government of Keraia have constituted a National Games
Organizing Committee efGOC) vide GO cited, under the Chairmanship
of the Hon' Chief
lvlinister of Kerala with the Hon' Ministers as the Vice Chairmen. The MPs, MLAs and Senior
Government Officials are also the members of this committee with Chief Secretary as its Chief

for the 7 districts, which are games venues, under the Chairmanship of a designated
Minister and the District Collector concerned as its General Convener.
The details of venues and disciplines of the Games being organized in your District along
with the particulars of Athletes, Team Of{icials, Technical Officials
and-Indian
Olympic
Association functionaries etc are enclosed hergwith. The class of accommodation prescribed for
of the participants is also indicated therein. Under these circumstances, urgent
measures will have to be taken to activate the District Organizing Committee (DOC)
each category
