10.30am in the Parish Office, Emersons Green Village Hall. The Agenda is set out below.

Planning Decisions
a) PK13/2372/RM – Emersons Green Urban Village, Emersons Green (Construction of road infrastructure) –
PERMIT (The Parish Council did not object – however the Committee raised concerns over safety aspects at
the Rosary Roundabout due to the increase of traffic. The Committee requested that planned safety measures
be implemented before dwellings were occupied. The Committee also requested that the entrances from the
Lyde Green and Folly Bridge roundabouts be built early on in the development.
b) PK14/0727/RM - Land At Emersons Green Roads 4 And 5 Emersons Green East (Construction of roads 4 and
5 (Approval of Reserved Matters to be read in conjunction with Outline Planning Permission PK04/1965/O).) –
PERMIT (The Parish Council did not object.)

Correspondence
Notice of Extension of Temporary Order – Footpath PMR 8 at Hallen Farm Emersons Green –
Notification from South Gloucestershire Council that the footpath will remain closed until 01 August
2016 or until such time as works are completed. The alternative route will be Feynman Way South,
Feynman Way Central, Howsmoor Lane and vice versa.
LI14/0017/STS – Application for Street Trading Consent – Pea’s Yard, within layby, Follybrook Road,
Emersons Green has been withdrawn (The Parish Council did not object.).
