Please note that the participants are responsible for making arrangements and covering the cost
of the transportation between the airport and the hotel, as well as between the hotel and the
venue of APRSAF-21, “Miraikan” and “Plaza Heisei”. Local transportation will NOT be
provided by the co-organizers.

Plenary Session
The plenary session will be held on 4 and 5 December on the 1st floor at Tokyo International

The proposed outlines of the four Working Groups and their tentative schedules are contained
in Appendix D.
7.
Reception
On the evening of Wednesday, 3 December, there will be a welcome reception jointly hosted by
MEXT and JAXA. The reception will take place from 19:00 hrs. at “Symbol Zone”
Miraikan.
