If you are looking for a party with a difference then
Pinetown Gymnastics Club is the place to be for
boys and girls - ages 4 - 12 years.
Activities Included :
Age-appropriate & team-related games incorporating various skills
such as: Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Swinging, Jumping.
Supervision by professional experienced Gymnastic Staff
Introduction to the safety pit (Pinetown is the only Gymnastics Club
in KwaZulu Natal with this facility.)
• Instruction on trampoline skills, with consideration of safety, and
• somersault preparation during part of the session - ending with a
• jump into the pit.

Typical Schedule :
• 45 Minutes of Gym type games
• 5 Minutes drink break
• 30 Minutes more games
• 25 minutes party cake & presents
Note: The games will be structured according to the age of the
children.
What Pinetown Gymnastics Club provides :

• A separate room for birthday cake / refreshments including a large
table, tablecloths, use of the

spoons & an urn. (All you need to provide is the actual Tea / Coffee /
Sugar / Milk etc for your adult guests.) This room can also be used as a
lounge area for parents of guests, & has a TV available.
• All of the cleaning and tidying up after the party
• A free trial lesson in Gymnastics for each child.

What the Party Host (you) is required to do
• R1100- Minimum charge

00 deposit to confirm and hold the booking.
• To assist, if necessary, with supervision during the time that the
children are in the facility.
• To arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up any
special decorations / table etc.
• Ensure all children be picked up no later than
than 15 minutes after the
end of the party. (We have multiple parties per day !)
• Fill in the details required on the booking form & wait for us to
confirm the times required and then fax / email the confirmation form
with receipt of payment.
• Handle all correspondence (RSVP's) for your child's party privately.
