DONNA MCDOWELL 1963 - 2014 | Age 51 Donna (Timmons) McDowell, 51, of St. Joseph, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014 at her home. Donna was born on April 14, 1963 in St. Joseph to Charles and Bessie (Davis) Timmons. She graduated from Lafayette High School, Class of 1981; attended Missouri Western State University and worked at Stroud Trucking as a Secretary. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael Timmons. She married robert Michael McDowell on August 13, 1994 in St. Joseph. He survives of the home. Additional surviving family includes sons, Anthony Charles Timmons, of St. Joseph; and robert McDowell, II, of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Michelle Dawn McDowell, of the home; brothers, Doug (robin) and Steve (Stephanie) Timmons; both of St. Joseph; and rick (Debbie) Timmons, of Clarksdale, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews. MOSSEr 1943 - 2014 | Age 71 Charlie Eugene Mosser, 71, of St. Joseph, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 13, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Charlie was born August 28, 1943, son of Lawrence and Inez Mosser, they preceded him in death. He married Betty Jo (Harris) Mosser, June 1, 1963 at Wesley Methodist Church. Charlie was an Army Veteran. He retired as maintenance director for the St. Joseph City Transit after 25 years. Charlie loved fishing, hunting and playing cards with his family and friends. He was quite the prankster and loved to make people laugh. Mr. Mosser has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-BowmanSmith & Sidenfaden Chapel. There will be no visitation or services.
