Dorothy May Flood, age 96,
Stewartsville, MO., was born July 1,
1918 in Starfield, MO. the daughter of
Guy H. and Sarah Katherine (Colley)
rogers and passed away November 25,
2014.
On April 15, 1947, Dorothy and
William “Bill” Flood were united in
marriage in Plattsburg, MO. She was a
member of Broadway Methodist
Church. Dorothy was a self employed
farmer and she truly enjoyed life on the
farm.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her
parents; husband, Bill; two brothers,
Lawrence Edwin rogers and Virgil
ross rogers; two sisters, Helen Louise
English and Mary Elizabeth Kellam;
nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

She was born in St. Joseph,
November 7, 1956 to Leon and Anna
(Wolfe) Henderson, Jr.
Kimberly married Donald Taul in
1988. They had two sons; Zachary and
Nicholas, and divorced in 2003. She
met Kyle Hornsby in 2005 and they
were married on August 15, 2006.
She worked for Quaker Oats from
1976 until the plant closed in 2001. She
loved to cook.
She was preceded in death by her
father; and brother, Scott Henderson.

She was born December 29, 1966 in

Merrill Palmer. She attended Lafayette
High School and was a homemaker.
Lisa was preceded in death by her
mother, Mary Margaret Palmer.

local healthcare facility.
She was born February 9, 1943 to

in St. Joseph.
Beverly married Carl Limley on July
11, 1958. He preceded her in death on
August 10, 2013.
Mrs. Limley was also preceded in

Jacob Allen Madden, 22, of St.
Joseph, passed away Friday, December
12, 2014.
Jacob was born on January 25, 1992.
Jacob was a 2011 graduate of LeBlond
High School where he was a member
of the varsity soccer team. Jacob was
employed by Hy-Vee in St. Joseph.
Jacob was well known for his contagious smile, artistic talents, love for all
people and animals, and being a strong
friend.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Brian

She was born in Plattsburg, MO.

(Smith) Grayson. Gloria married
robert S. Mays, Jr. on March 11, 1972.
She was a homemaker and loved to
fish, shop and travel. She liked to cook
and sew. She was of the Christian faith

Plattsburg, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Anthony Grayson.

Joseph; daughter, Jacqueline Mays of
Daingerfield, TX; sons, Jason and

Donna (Timmons) McDowell, 51, of
St. Joseph, passed away Saturday,
December 13, 2014 at her home.
Donna was born on April 14, 1963 in
St. Joseph to Charles and Bessie
(Davis) Timmons.
She graduated from Lafayette High
School, Class of 1981; attended
Missouri Western State University and
worked at Stroud Trucking as a
Secretary.
Donna was preceded in death by her
parents and brother, Michael Timmons.
She married robert Michael
McDowell on August 13, 1994 in St.
Joseph. He survives of the home.
Additional surviving family includes
sons, Anthony Charles Timmons, of St.
Joseph; and robert McDowell, II, of
Kansas City, MO; daughter, Michelle
Dawn McDowell, of the home; brothers, Doug (robin) and Steve
(Stephanie) Timmons; both of St.
Joseph; and rick (Debbie) Timmons,
of Clarksdale, MO; and numerous
nieces and nephews.

2014 at Heaton-Bowman-Smith &
Sidenfaden Chapel, St. Joseph.
Interment Bethel Cemetery, Cosby, In

CHArLES E. MOSSEr
1943 - 2014 | Age 71
Charlie Eugene Mosser, 71, of St.
Joseph, went to be with the Lord on
Saturday, December 13, 2014, surrounded by his loving family.
Charlie was born August 28, 1943,
son of Lawrence and Inez Mosser, they
preceded him in death.
He married Betty Jo (Harris) Mosser,
June 1, 1963 at Wesley Methodist
Church.
Charlie was an Army Veteran. He
retired as maintenance director for the
St. Joseph City Transit after 25 years.
Charlie loved fishing, hunting and
playing cards with his family and
friends. He was quite the prankster and
loved to make people laugh.
Mr. Mosser has been cremated under
the direction of Heaton-BowmanSmith & Sidenfaden Chapel. There
will be no visitation or services. A
Celebration of Life will be held at a
later date.
