ACTION RESEARCH, ACTION LEARNING (ARAL) 2015
(First National Congress on Action Research in Education)
The Lasallian Institute for Development and Educational Research (LIDER) in
collaboration with Br. Andrew Gonzales College of Education (BAGCED), De La Salle
University (DLSU) Manila will hold its Action Research, Action Learning (ARAL 2015), the
First National Congress on Action Research in Education, from February 27 to 28, 2015 at
the 4th Floor, Henry Sy Hall, DLSU Manila, Taft Avenue, Manila.
The ARAL 2015 has the theme Improving Practices and Facilitating Change Through
Action Research.
The Congress aims to provide the participants with:
1. a deeper appreciation of the need and importance of action research;
2. an understanding of the different methodologists for conducting action
research; and
3. a venue for discussing possible collaboration among other action researchers.
The target participants are schools division superintendents, supervisors, school
administrators, teachers, and teachers professional from both public and private
elementary and secondary schools.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the nodisruption-of-classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting
Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
