Introduction
Our company continues to grow and we further expand our advisory portfolio. For our Total Rewards
practice, we are looking for a Senior-colleague to conduct client projects and to help sustainably grow
our business.
We offer:
You will be responsible for independently managing Total Rewards projects in co creation with client
project teams and with the support of our Total Rewards colleagues.
Client assignments will include:
 (Re)defining and activating organizational Total Rewards strategies
 Leading (complex) quantification and harmonization programs of labour conditions
 Job evaluation and job structuring projects
 Design & implementation of reward instruments (base pay structures, variable pay plans,
recognition programs, sales compensation)
 Performance management optimization (performance appraisal, goal setting, cycle design,
communication)
 Employer advisory in labour relations and works council processes

We ask:




Master degree (preferred: Business Administration, Economics)
Minimum of 6 years of relevant total reward experience
Background in (external) HR / Reward consultancy
Excellent project and client management skills
