A,B,C’S – This class utilizes chairs, Dyna bands and
hand weights to help develop strength. Balance and
cardio components are included along with a final
stretch. B/AB
R.I.P.P.E.D. – The quarterly changing format helps
create consistency and challenge in every class. This
class is for the very fit individual, wanting to be
challenged. A
FIT CAMP – High-intensity cardio drills and strength
components, challenge you. The workout includes core
and stretching. B/AB
SERIOUS STRENGTH – This challenging and fastpaced class will improve strength and endurance. This
class is for the fit individual looking for an advanced
workout. A
CIRCUIT CHALLENGE – Strength circuit for all fitness
levels, incorporates power and plyometrics into basic
strength training. B/I/A
EASE INTO YOGA – All levels of flexibility and fitness
can experience the benefits of yoga. Chairs and props
are used to assist in movement range. B/AB
EASY MORNING YOGA – Wake up gently with this
easy-going yoga class. Props are used to assist in
improving flexibility and fluidity in movement. A great
way to start your day. B/I
FOREVER FIT – This class includes cardio, strength
training, and stretching. Improves bone density &
flexibility. B/AB
GST – A strength workout for all the major muscles.
This pumped up class offers optimal results. AB/I/A
HiiT – Experience the after burn results when
participate in this short, intense class. Modifiable
workout for the average, healthy, participant. I/A
LUNCH CRUNCH – Solid core work exercises followed
by a great, total-body stretch segment. B/I/A
MUSCLE TONING – A dynamic, fun class that will
keep you functioning for years to come. B/I/A
STEP – Improve cardiovascular fitness with fun step
routines. Complex choreography & high intensity make
this class suitable for those with lots of experience. A
TONE WITH JOAN – Cardio & toning intervals up the
calorie burn while building muscle. Great class for all
fitness levels. A friendly, fun group to join. B/I/A
CARDIO BOX – A cardio-interval class with lowimpact modifications. The fun combinations target abs,
tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular
performance. B/I/A
YOGA – Yoga improves, flexibility, strength and
circulation as well as having a calming effect on the
mind and body. B/I/A
ZUMBA™ – This, interval class is so much fun - it
doesn’t even feel like a workout! Infectious music and
the party atmosphere make the time fly by. B/I/A
ZUMBA GOLD™ – Modified to suit the active older
participant, as well as those just starting their journey
to a healthy lifestyle. B/I

6-week programs have a fee and require
pre-registration at Member Services.
ADVANCED TAI CHI – Continue your practice of Tai
Chi in this advanced class. A
THE BARRE CLASS – This Pilates based ballet
workout tones and lengthens muscles and improves
posture. B
GUIDED MEDITATION FOR WELLNESS – This deep
restorative session will provide tools to help you relax,
release stress, increase resiliency, improve
relationships and provide you with greater control in
your life. B
NOVICE TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS – Extended warmup and a slow series of moves with a gradual increase
in range of motion. B
BACK & BONE HEALTH PILATES – Improve posture
and core strength without compromising back integrity.

TRX ESSENTIALS – Learn to properly use this
amazing tool that can assist in flexibility, strength and
core. FREE for Members. B/AB
INTERMEDIATE PILATES – This challenging class

To ensure a safe and enjoyable workout, please consider the following guidelines:
 Please be on time, the warm-up prepares you for the class.
 All activities pose a risk. Advise the instructor of your special
medical considerations.
 A minimum of two participants is required for a class to run.
 Wear appropriate footwear for exercise. No street shoes.
 If you need to leave class early please notify the instructor.
 For health reasons, we ask that you bring your own yoga/pilates mats.
(We have a few, if you forgot yours or bring a guest.)
 As a courtesy to others, avoid gathering and talking outside studio.
