ALCCOFINE 1101 - MF
Product Features
ALCCOFINE 1101-MF is a specialty ultrafine product used in special kind of applications demanding
high performance such as soil stabilization & rock anchoring etc. It is a Microfine Material with
Particle Size much finer than other microfine hydraulic setting materials/ hydraulic setting
materials like cement. It is produced in a controlled environment with special equipments to
achieve specifically designed particle size distribution (PSD) of the material which gives it the
unique properties.
ALCCOFINE 1101-MF has an average particle size less than 9 microns. The average Blaine value is
around 6000cm2/gm. Due to its high fineness, the product has extremely good retention when
used for purpose of grouting either micro-cracks in concrete or rocks or voids in soil. Its
permeation characteristics when used with recommended admixtures are comparable to chemical
grouts such as silicates and acrylamides, but pose no problem of toxicity to the environment.
This gives us the added advantage of being environment friendly.

Procedure for Application

ALCCOFINE 1101-MF should always be used with suitable water reducing admixtures* (1 to
3% by wt). Water / ALCCOFINE 1101-MF ratio (by weight) should normally range between
0.5
– 1.0 depending on the flow & pressure requirement at the end application.

Mixing and Use: It is important to employ efficient mixing equipments while using
ALCCOFINE 1101-MF. Colloidal mixers or high speed paddle mixers are recommended for
efficient mixing. Minimum speed of colloidal mixer should be 1500 rpm and that of paddle
mixer is about 400 rpm. Over mixing should be restricted, to avoid air entrapment & bubbles
formation. High pressure piston pump are recommended for mix transfer & injection, which
should be completed within 45 minutes after mix preparation.
Packaging and Shelf Life
Standard Packing of ALCCOFINE 1101-MF is in 25 kgs bags.ALCCOFINE 1101-MF has a shelf
life of 6 months when stored in a sealed original micro laminated HDPE bags from
manufacturer in covered well ventilated dry / wooden floor area
