In the field of special foundations, PROACON
implements piles for civil engineering and
construction, micropiles, anchors, bolts, plastic
and reinforced concrete continuous screens,
injections and soil treatment.

technically complex foundations.
MICROPILES
ANCHORS AND NAILS
Execution of micropiles whatever the conditions in
terms of space, including small clearances, dividing
wall screens, umbrellas in tunnels, etc, and whatever
the terrain (soft, rockfill, caverns, existing
foundations, complex stratigraphy, etc.). In order to
achieve this, PROACON counts on specific equipment
and personnel specialised in this type of activity, to be
implemented whenever conventional piles are
impossible.
Definitive and temporary anchorings, even below the
even under phreatic level (single grouting, re-grouting,
and repetitive and selective grouting), with steel rods
or cable, from 30 to 230 TN, with modern drilling and
injection equipment and stranded prestressing jacks
for commissioning in a single load operation.
PROACON is a leading company in the foundations
sector and is renowned for having successfully
completed many complex projects. The company has
developed and successfully tested the execution of
TN 300 micropiles (equivalent to a single 1000 mm
pile) as a way of providing designers with numerous
alternatives, and has a team of specialist technicians
to help in the calculation and sizing of the micropiles,
pile caps and bracing beams which make up the deep
foundations. Screens with water level have been
successfully implemented for use of micropiles in
screens, with sealing made through repetitive and
selective grouting.
INJECTIONS
Ground treatment by injection using the grouting pipe
technique with double packer and conventional
methods. PROACON has drilling and injection
equipment with computer recording of parameters
and specific software for injection management (flow,
volume, pressure, time).
PROACON implements the latest generation of anchors
using its own machinery and INTEROC AN 140-160
machines, which have a dual rod and casing loader for
enhanced performance and safety in the execution of
this type of work.
