August 2011 Time for new lounge solutions? We thought so ........ Visit “Lounge Solutions” on our website for these and more stylish options for transforming your event from mundane to insane! http://www.propstars.co.za/?nggpage=3&page_id=12 Visit Screens under “Items for hire” to see all upcoming versions of our new wheelie screens, which are the easiest way to create false walling within your event space. These screens are a refreshing break from traditional draping used to death in the events industry. We appreciate that sometimes one has to drape as the space is just too overwhelming but what about using our upholstered screens to add detail to an otherwise really dull draped environment? Or better yet use the screens to act as walls. Why are we so locked into using bad marquees when screenage can give you a more plush walled- in feel? Ever considered providing your own walls for an expo stand, Octonorm walling is so limiting, our screens can add a shelving and upholstery solution to your stand . They also make for really effective back of bar units and we can marry the upholstered claddings on the bar with the padded back of bar. These screens also act as really effective goodie bag storage units as well as display cases for product like shoes or alcohol They are also really effective interactive elements... They were used as a shoe exchange cabinet on a recent outdoor event held on a lawn where the ladies would exchange their heels for flip flops to avoid sinking in. What about a giant maze?... .clearly their uses are endless, so get involved, Prop Stars can design a bespoke screen for your event . Events Prop Stars revelled in ladies month providing decoration for Absa under brief from the Aleit Group for 2 quirky events. Potter’s Hand Activations managed a Metro FM “I Am a Woman” event at Urban Tree’s newly decorated venue in Kramerville, for which Prop Stars provide furniture and styling. This pink environment was managed by Lucky Number 8 Concepts. Ladies where invited onto the space to enjoy sumptuous treats provided by Vicky Crease catering. They were encouraged to have a mammography test done on site before chilling on the Prop Stars furniture. Having kept abreast of the situation we were informed all was a resounding success. Prop stars also decorated the Mud hut at Inanda where some stylish looks were chaka’d in for both the all africa and the BMW polo events what!
