ABOUT THE FORUM
Effective stakeholder engagement and management is an increasingly important factor in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of major
projects. Disputes, poor stakeholder relations and disgruntled public groups can cause significant delays and even impact project feasibility and
business continuity. In addition, organisations must consider the long-term reputational implications which can affect the ability of an organisation
to win bids and attract funding for future projects. While organisations are increasingly becoming more aware and focused on these risks and the
opportunities for performance enhancement, the challenge is to acquire the key skills and strategies to improve capability in this area.
Liquid Learning is delighted to present the 3rd Annual Stakeholder Communication and Engagement for Major Projects Forum 2015 – a unique and
highly interactive event which will bring together stakeholder engagement and communications practitioners and leaders from across the region to
network and share hands-on ideas to improve results. Featuring a combination of case studies, expert insights and practical discussion sessions,
this practical event will provide attendees with cutting-edge insights and ideas for enhancing stakeholder relations. They will also share tips on how to
harness social media and digital platforms for greater effectiveness in strategic communication to ensure the smooth delivery and success of major
projects. Reserve your seat today to be part of this compelling conversation!
