2. Consideration of Project Proposals for Scoping, Environment
Clearance and extension of validity of ToR
26th February, 2015 (1st Day)
2.1 Badaun Lift Canal in the State of Uttar Pradesh – For consideration of ToR.
2.2 Doimukh HEP Papumare District of Arunachal Pradeshby M/s. SJVN Ltd. –
For consideration of ToR.
2.3 Purthi HEP (300 MW) project in Lahual & Spiti and Chamba District of
Himachal Pradesh by M/s. Purthi Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd. – For consideration
of ToR.
2.4 Dikhu HEP (186 MW) project in Longleng District of Nagaland- For
consideration of Extension of ToR.

Lower Penganga Interstate Project between the State of Maharashtra and
Telangana on Penganga river, tributary of Godavari near Tadsoli (V),
Ghatanji (tq.), Yavatmal District, Maharashtra State- For consideration of
Environment Clearance.

2.6 Formulation of Flood Carrier Canal from Kannadian Channel to drought
prone areas of Sathankulam, Thisayanvilai by Interlinking Tamiraparani,
Karumeniyar and Nambiyar Rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi Districtfor consideration of Environment Clearance.
2.7 Tagurshit HEP (74 MW) in West Siang District , Arunachal Pradesh by M/s.
L&T Arunachal Hydro Power Ltd. – for Extension of ToR.
2.8 Etalin (3097MW) in Dibang Valley District of Arunachal Pradesh by M/s.
Jindal Power Ltd. – For consideration of Environment Clearance

Note:
1. The project Proponents are requested to send copies of
documents pertaining to their proposals to all the members of
EAC forthwith (both soft and hard copies) immediately.
2. Project Proponents are requested to attend the meeting and give
detailed presentation(s) on their proposal(s). For Non-Government
Organisations, Director or above level and for proposals from the
Government, the Chief Engineer concerned or above level official should
lead the team.
3. The project proponent may kindly treat this as official communication
and may not wait for separate letter(s) from MoEF. Although, letters are
being issued separately. For any clarification, please contact to Dr. P. V.

4. A short duration Videography of the project area is to be also presented
before the EAC for better understanding of the project site. The project
proponents may therefore, ensure that they carry out videography
before the meeting.
 Mobile Phone should be kept on switched off/ silent mode during the
meeting.
 Distribution of writing pads, pens, plastic folders and unnecessary
stationery items during the meeting is not permitted
 Please use both sides of papers, to the extent possible, for presentation
material.
