PTO Craft Fair Application Form

Selling spaces will be assigned. It is your responsibility to make sure your items will fit in your rented
space. Approximate Space Size is 9’ X 9’.
Spaces are $30.00 Tables: Bring your own. (8’ max only – one table per rented space)
“First Come, First Served Basis” “We will try our best not to have duplicate vendors.”
Chairs are provided. Please be sure your table has a floor protective pad.
A confirmation letter will be sent to confirm that a space is reserved for you. Assigned space is given the
day of set up. We cannot guarantee a specific space. NO refunds will be issued.
No-shows: Space will be held until 10:00am. Please notify us if you will be setting up late.
Set Up Time: Friday April 17th @ 3:30pm – 7:00pm and/or Saturday April 18th @ 7:00am
Doors open to Public: 9:00am
Closing Time: 2:00pm
The Hillcrest PTO will have a concession stand in the commons area.

and detailed message if no answer. Be sure to speak slowly and spell critical information. Due to our
volunteer’s personal work schedule, it may take us a few days to return your call.
