香港浸會大學優秀本地生入學獎學金計劃
HKBU Admission Scholarship Scheme
for Outstanding Local Students
Aiming at attracting and rewarding outstanding candidates, the Hong Kong Baptist
UniversityispleasedtooffertheHKBUAdmissionScholarshipSchemeforoutstanding
local Year 1 students who are admitted to full‐time UGC‐funded undergraduate degree
programmes1 offered by the Hong Kong Baptist University via JUPAS or non‐JUPAS in
academic year 2015‐2016 and whose entrance results satisfy the following awarding
criteria2:
1) For JUPAS entrants, students who obtain in one sitting a total HKDSE score of 28 or
abovefromthebestfivesubjects3 fromcategoryA,withLevel4oraboveinboth
ChineseLanguageandEnglishLanguage,willbeawarded.
2) Fornon‐JUPASentrants,studentswillbeconsideredfortheScholarshipiftheyareable
toattainoneofthefollowingrequirements:
a)GCEapplicantswith3ALs,AAAorabove(excludingChinese) b)IBapplicantswithatotalscoreof39orabove(includingbonuspoints) c)SATapplicantswithacombinedscoreof2,160orabove Qualified candidates will be nominated by their Departments to the Undergraduate
ScholarshipCommitteeforconsiderationoftheaward.
Recipients will be awarded a one‐off award in the amount equal to his/her Year 1
studytuitionfee(HK$42,100for2015/16)4.
