Administrator Role – Bristol Posted: 13/04/15 Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive Location(s): Bristol Closing date: Being one of the first indoor trampoline park of its kind in the UK, we are looking for enthusiastic people to reflect our excitement for this new type of extreme leisure/sport activity. Ultimately, it will be the staff who will be important ambassadors for the AirHop brand, and we will work hard to ensure we have people on the team who can provide the best possible experience to everyone who comes to visit our trampoline park. Purpose of the Administrator role: You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and supporting the management team. This will be a varied and very busy role where you will be expected to manage all administration on site and adhere to tight deadlines. Key responsibilities of the Administrative role include: To oversee the Support Management of the Club acting as a Support manager as and when required Carrying out administrative duties, using systems and processes relevant to the organisation Responding to enquiries and requests for information from other organisations and members of the public To undertake necessary stock takes each week to enable efficient stock ordering Stock on a weekly and/or ad-hoc basis in accordance with the figures that arise during stock take To liaise with the Party Supervisor to ensure that all pizza requests are correct and sent efficiently and punctually to Domino’s, and to ensure that all party reports are correct and completed by deadline. To cover the Administration of the Party Supervisor when he/she is absent To report any issues with the booking system to the support team and ensure that all management are aware of these issues Ensuring administrative systems, processes and databases are efficient and well managed To deal with complaints in a professional and non-officious manner To carry out any other related or reasonable tasks as required by management for the smooth operation of the park and to work in conjunction with the management on all related matters Help to maintain a good working environment within the office and good working relationships with all other members of staff Attend meetings and training sessions as and when required Our successful Administrator will have: Previous experience in an administrative role within a versatile environment Preferable experience with MS office packages Customer Service experience A clear CRB check This is a full time position that will require flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Shift times vary to suit club opening times, as well as bank holidays.
