For all other Bolts – use originals.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove Towbar Tongue, unplug bumper wiring
and remove bumper (1 x R clip, 2 x wiring plugs
and 4 x bolts).

2. Remove bumper side arms and refit with alloy
Spacer Plates.
3. Position Rear Guard around bumper and refit
to vehicle as one unit. Refit the 4 bolts and
reconnect the wiring plugs. Align bumper and
Rear Guard.
Tighten all bolts and refit Towbar Tongue.
NOTES








Check that the Kit contents are complete and undamaged prior to installation. Kit contents
must be replaced with specified accessory components.
Do not use the Rear Guard as a step. Use the original step bumper. Improper use may
result in injury.
Do not attach the bar to the vehicle using anchorages not intended for this purpose.
Do not use the bar for any vehicle other than those specified by the bar manufacturer.
Do not remove any labels from the bar.
Do not modify the structure of the bar in any way.
We recommend that a rust preventative is applied where holes are drilled.
The use of an alloy polish such as ‘Auto Sol’ is recommended for extra shine, however hot
soapy water will also clean well.
