INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FRONT ULTIMA BUMPER
MODELS: VPR-126, VPR-126-S-S, VPR-126-SP6, VPR-126-SPL6
WARNING: The product is installed following the procedure as detailed below and using only the hardware
provided. For safety and proper installa on we recommend a two person team. It's also recommended
not to wear any hand or loose body jewelry during the installa on to avoid the risk of injury.
This product shall not be modified in shape or form. Doing so will void the
warranty. VPR4x4 is not liable for any damage due to improper installa on.

STEP 1: Remove from the vehicle the original front bumper
(save the hardware bolts, washers and nuts).
STEP 2: Remove Bumper from the packing carton. Place the bumper and hardware in a flat surface as shown in
the picture below: “A” the bumper and “B1” moun ng brackets and “C” moun ng hardware
Step 2a: . Use the hardware shown in figure 6, to fasten the le and and right shell (figure 5) to the bumper. This step requires that the
L and R shell is aligned with the 6 holes in the le and right side of the bumper. To assemble : Place washer in the bolt, insert bolt
through the shell and bumper ghten for parts using locking nut repeat this step 13 mes.

STEP 3:
Place the bracket into the chassis (the place vacated by the original bumper)Fasten the bracket “B1” align the bracket with
the moun ng holes in the chassis. Place four bolts in the openings and ghten it using the locking nuts.
A,B Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
STEP 4:
Place the bumper against the mounted brackets, align the bumper holes with the brackets. Place, three bolts on each side of
the bumper and ghten it using the locking washers.
Note: As the bumper is being thighten make sure the bumper is properly aligned.
CONGRATULATIONS YOU JUST INSTALLED THE BEST BUMPER IN THE MARKET
