The Executive Engineer(C), CCW,AIR, 9, Rani Laxmi Bai Marg, Lucknow, invites, on behalf of
the President of India, sealed item rate tenders from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD and
those appropriate class of contractors enlisted in the Department of Telecommunication
(BSNL/MTNL), Department of Post, MES, Railways, UP P.W.D, UP PWD, Uttarakhand &
Specialized agencies.
NIT No. 05 /EE(C)/LKO/2015-16 : : Post construction anti termite treatment of DDK studio
office, service block , AGD, canteen and property shed at Dehradun (UK), Estimated Cost :
Rs. 3,33,298/-Earnest Money :- Rs.6,666/-, Cost of Tender : Rs. 563/- , Period of completion :- 02
(Two) Months,
NIT No. 06 /EE(C)/LKO/2015-16 : : Boring and installation of tube well for staff quarters at
DDK, Mau (UP), Estimated Cost : Rs. 12,46,541/-Earnest Money :- Rs.24,931/-, Cost of Tender
: Rs. 563/- , Period of completion :- 03 (Three) Months,
Last date of Application : 11-05-2015 ( 4.00 P.M.), Last date of sale of tender : 11-05-2015 (5.00
P.M.), Tender shall be received upto 3.00 P.M. on 13-05-2015 and will be opened by undersigned
on the same day at 3.30 P.M. in the presence of intending tenderers/their representatives. The
tender and earnest money shall be placed in separate sealed envelopes, each marked “Tender”
and “Earnest Money” respectively. Tenders shall be accompanied with Earnest money in deposit
at call Receipt of a Scheduled Bank/fixed deposit receipt of a Scheduled Bank/ Demand draft of a
scheduled bank issued in favour of “ Executive Engineer (C), CCW, AIR, Lucknow”.
NIT No. 05: The tender forms will be issued to the eligible contractors provided they produce
definite proof from the appropriate authority, which shall be to the satisfaction of the competent
authority of having satisfactorily completed three similar works ( Anti-termite treatment) Three
works each of value not less than Rs.1.50 lacs or two work each of value not less than Rs. 2.00 lacs
or one work of value not less than Rs.2.70 lacs in the last 5 years ending 30.04.2015 .
NIT No. 06: The tender forms will be issued to the eligible contractors provided they produce
definite proof from the appropriate authority, which shall be to the satisfaction of the competent
authority of having satisfactorily completed three similar works ( Boring of tube well) Three works
each of value not less than Rs.5.00 lacs or two work each of value not less than Rs. 7.50 lacs or
one work of value not less than Rs. 10.00 lacs in the last 5 years ending 30.04.2015 .
Intending tenderers must produce original documents such as valid Registration/experience
certificate of specialized job, sales tax,/ Vat registration certificate for works contract, experience
certificate , partnership deed etc. along with attested true copies enclosed with the application before
tender papers can be sold to them.
The Conditions & tender forms can be obtained on the payment of tender cost as mentioned
above in cash (non-refundable) and production of registration documents in original from above
mentioned office upto 4.00 P.M. on all working days. Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.
The department reserves the right to reject any prospective application without assigning any
