Arrive InfoPoint™ SA Series is a powerful room scheduling
interactive tool for classrooms, huddle rooms, meeting rooms and
conference rooms. It works standalone with Google Calendar using
a Google Apps account and so even one unit can be effectively
deployed directly to the door.
AIP-SA-100 is an elegant option to bring efficiency to utilization
of shared spaces. This small device provides significant return-oninvestment by eliminating double-booking conflicts, and ensures
that room schedules are optimized. The integrated large touchscreen display provides booking information at a-glance right
outside the room door. It shows the room reservation calendar,
start, end and remaining time of ongoing bookings, or the next
reservation to help optimize free and busy status visually with
green and red border highlights on the screen.

The powerful integrated software provides users the ability to
reserve rooms remotely via web with Google Calendar on-line
integration. It can schedule meetings in advance, or instantly, right
outside the door.
