1. Look at the Taam China Lunch Special menu: www.taamchina.us/luncheon-specials (Copies are also available on
the shul bulletin board.)
2. Call the shul office with your order ("L1" "L2" "L3" etc...) by Wednesday noon, Dec. 23. No exceptions. Each
entre costs $11 Do not order directly from Taam China. Make sure your order is from the “Lunch Special” menu.
3. Pick up and pay for your order from CBT Thursday evening (12/24) 6-6:30pm or Fri. 12/25 after Shacharit (8:459:00am) All orders will be made without MSG and with brown rice.
4. Enjoy your Shabbos meal!

Sat. Night, Jan. 30, 2016 7:30pm An evening with Professor Mordechai Kedar
Prof. Mordechai Kedar is an Israeli scholar of Arabic literature and a lecturer at Bar-Ilan University.
Kedar is an academic expert on the Israeli Arab population. He served for twenty-five years in IDF
Military Intelligence, where he specialized in Islamic groups, the political discourse of Arab countries,
the Arabic press and mass media, and the Syrian domestic arena. The L.A. Times' Edmund
Sanders described him as “one of the few Arabic-speaking Israeli pundits seen on Arabic satellite
channels [Al-Jazeera] defending Israel”. His works include Asad in Search of Legitimacy (2005)
