Outpatient primary care clinic: -Assesses, diagnoses, and manages patients of various ages with different health conditions from basic illnesses such as acute URI/minor injuries to chronic diseases such as HTN, diabetes, and CAD; promotes preventive care and health promotion. Supervised other nurses and unit staffs and serve as a mentor to new nurses. Provided care to post heart surgical patients and patients from critical care unit.
