ENVIROPOWER HD
• Micro-emulsion, water-based
cleaner/degreaser.
HEAVY-DUTY WATER-BASER DEGREASER

DESCRIPTION
ENVIROPOWER HD is a micro-emulsion
water based cleaner/degreaser. Its unique
composition of powerful detergents and
wetting agents makes it a perfect
citrus-base, low-toxic cleaner.
ENVIROPOWER HD is biodegradable and
IMO-approved. Only cleaners registered
in Annex10 of IMO’s MEPC.2/Circular can
be used and disposed of at sea for cargo
tank cleaning, when the cargo residue
slops are disposable at sea.
High Pressure Washing:
Spray a solution of 1-20% of
ENVIROPOWER HD in warm water over
the area to be treated. Allow 10-15
minutes for the product to act and then
rinse off using a high pressure water jet.
Where soiling persists, repeat the cleaning
operation. For heavy duty cleaning,
ENVIROPOWER HD may be used
undiluted.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES
APPLICATION
ENVIROPOWER HD has a broad range of
marine applications. It provides enhanced
removal of difficult carbon deposits and
heavy greases, oil and sludge, dirt and
grime, while it leaves no residue.
Suggested applications include bilges,
tank tops, tools, parts, equipment, general
deck and engine room maintenance.
USE AND DOSING
ENVIROPOWER HD can be used for all
types of cleaning and degreasing and can
be applied by brushing, spraying or
soaking. It may be applied neat or diluted
(5-20% solution) in fresh warm water,
depending on the degree and nature of
soil to be removed.
Compatible with all normally used metals
and their alloys. It may swell on
rubber/synthetic rubber.

cleaning.

caustic-based cleaners.

• Non-toxic and non-flammable.

When used for tank cleaning, it is highly
recommended to always test all cleaner
solutions on a small area of coating,
before full scale application.
