The Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success. The fair raised over $1150.00 towards the
purchase of books for the school library. Thank you to all the students, staff, parents,
grandparents and book fair volunteers who supported this library fundraiser.

the date – May 14th is the Art Expo and Ice Cream Social. Come on out to see the wonderful artwork made by our students and enjoy a delicious ice cream sundae!

>May 29 is popcorn! Thanks to the 5 volunteers who helped in April; we are still in need of volunteers for May so please let us know if you can help out.
>The Spring Fair is just around the corner, on May 23rd. Raffle tickets will be coming home
soon; this year there are 3 chances to win great prizes. And new this year, all students who sell
tickets will be entered into a draw for a great prize. We are also looking for bingo prizes and
candy for the sweet shoppe – please drop in the box in the office. Silent auction prizes can also be taken to the office. Did you
know that it took 90 volunteers to make last year’s fair a success?
Watch for ways that you can help out – more information will be coming home soon.
>PTO elections will be held in June. This year the positions of co-chair
and secretary will be up for election. If you, or some you know, is interested in either of these positions, please let us know.
>The next meeting is on May 6 at 7pm. See you there.
