I am participating in the “Relays4Cam” 5K Road Race to benefit the
Cure4Cam Childhood Cancer Foundation. All proceeds will go to
support the mission of Cure4Cam which seeks to raise community
awareness concerning, and supports the development of, new and
more humane therapies for childhood cancer. I will be participating
in this event on Sunday, April 26, 2015. I would appreciate your

designated table on event day. Incremental prizes based on $ raised: $100- water bottle, $150- previous level plus
winter hat or fleece headband, $200 or more – previous level plus gym bag. All prizes will have Cure4Cam
name/logo. SPONSORSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED FOR RACE PARTICIPATION. HOWEVER, EACH FUNDRAISING
RUNNER/WALKER MUST HAVE THEIR OWN SPONSORSHIP SHEET FOR PRIZE AWARDS. PLEASE MAKE
