ALPE-ADRIA ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND -BUZET- 30-31.05. 2015. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS ANNOUNCEMENT The Enduro Motocross Klub BUZET will promote the round of the 2015 Individual Alpe-Adria Championship on behalf of the HMS (Croatian Motorcycling Federation). The event will be held in accordance with Sporting Code of the UEM-FIM Europe and Alpe-Adria, together with the relevant Appendices, these Supplementary Regulations and any final Instructions approved by the Jury. The event will be held on 30-31.05. 2015. at BUZET, Croatia Start: 1st day: 09.00 am. 2nd day: 09.00 am. Entry form is available on the organizer web site: www.emkbuzet.hr. Closing date for registration: 23.05.2015. The race is limited to maximum 300 riders. European enduro championship riders have priority. Entry Fee: 90,00 Euro per rider for the 2 days race, must be paid by administrative check The rider which competes for the Alpe-Adria pays extra 5 EUR , for AA committee administrative costs. ADMINISTRATIVE VERIFICATION It will take place at Paddock, the Secretariat of the event: 29.05.2015 from 17:30h to 20:30h The riders are obliged to attend personally the administrative verification and present the following documents: Completed entry form issued by the organizer, FIM, FIME or National licence with starting permission, valid for the event, driving licence. Use of the environment mat ( size 200 X 100 cm ) is obligatory. TECHNICAL INSPECTION The technical inspection will take place on at Paddock 29.05.2015 from 17:30h to 20:30h Each bike must comply with all requirements of the FIM Europe Sporting Code and relevant appendices, including those under art. 01.14. Instrict parts will be marked in accordance with art. 01.16. A noise test will be carried out in accordance with the Technical Rules. All riders must present his helmet. COURSE First day of race has 3 laps, 2nd day also 3 laps on 60 km long track. 2 time checks/lap , one cross test (CT)/lap and one enduro test (ET) /lap. First test ( CT ): N 45° 25’29.27’’ E 13° 57’29.03’’ Second test ( ET ) : N 45° 23’18.77’’ E 14° 00’35.08’’ PENALTY Penalties to be in accordance with rules Alpe-Adria Championship. Referee & Organizer & Clerk of Course MEETING The first meeting will be held on 29.05. at 09:00 in Hotel Fontana Buzet in the Jury office. Subsequent Jury meetings will be at times decided by the Referee and these times will be displayed on the Jury office entrance. AWARDS There will be trophies for the first three places in each classification. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY Will take place on 31.05.2015 at paddock.
