Enduro
Inserting System
The Enduro is the first joint new development by BÖWE SYSTEC and BÖWE BELL + HOWELL in which the tried and
tested technologies of both companies have been combined – intelligent control and modular infeed components
on the one hand and reliable gripper arm technology on the other. With up to 11,000 insertions per hour, the Enduro
covers a complete range of mid-scale tasks from classical invoicing to diverse promotional mailings.
Extraordinarily flexible
Maximum throughput
The Enduro is extremely flexible, especially in processing enclosures.
Depending on the configuration, it processes cut sheet or continuous forms,
and it covers all common formats. The Enduro excels especially in the
processing of enclosures, which makes full use of the gripper arm principle.
The pneumatic gripper arms ensure additional safety and therefore even
more flexibility. Its high filling thickness rounds off its wide range of application.
A highly effective output is an important criterion in selecting a suitable
inserting system in the mid to upper performance classes. The integration
of fast cut sheet and continuous infeed components of BÖWE SYSTEC
guarantees a high throughput even with numerous sheets per envelope.
Easy operation –
ergonomically designed
Filling station
All modules are arranged in a clear and easily accessible manner. The operator can view the entire material flow at all times and quickly intervene,
if necessary. A high capacity for processing enclosures and envelopes
makes the logistics of the production process easier for the operator. The
changeover to new processing jobs is quick and smooth. The gripper arms
with electronic self adjusting thickness check can be easily set for new
enclosures. Switching to other envelope formats also requires only a few
steps. Furthermore the continuously adjustable speed control makes it
easier to process new material when jobs are changed. This makes the
Enduro best suited for promotional mailings of every type.

highest feeding
capacity
Certain is certain, especially in processing
Like with all BÖWE SYSTEC inserting systems, all of the materials inserted
into the Enduro are monitored during the entire process – from feeding
the enclosures to the final filling of the envelopes. This ensures the highest
degree of processing reliability.
Open for more with software
The operating and information system BICOS makes the simple and efficient operation of the system possible. The logging of all operation-related
data ensures the maximum transparency of the inserting system. BICOS
also supplies the basis for integration into superordinate networks and expanded software functionalities. They monitor and log the document processing and supply data for automatic reprinting, amongst other things. Of
course the Enduro can be integrated into the software concept BÖWE One.
At a glance
“Frequently changing jobs
with several different enclosures, regardless of
whether classical invoicing
or promotional mailings of
any kind – Enduro is the
best choice for these demands. Flexible and solid
with tried and tested
gripper arm technology.”
