Throughout the year our teachers have incorporated the 7 Habits into their daily lessons. *UDQGSDUHQWV·'D\ Our first grade students will be performing their patriotic *UDQGSDUHQWV· 'D\ SURJUDP RQ Friday, May 1. I have been impressed with the notes I receive about how your children are demonstrating the 7 Habits. We read these messages every morning on the announcements and we post them on the Learners to Leaders tree outside of the office. Mr. Matos 2 Middle School Volleyball Camp We're doing our volleyball camp a little bit differently this year. It will be a two-day camp after school until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29, 2015. This is for all girls entering fifth - eighth grade for the 2015-2016 school year. (fifth/sixth graders in middle school gym, seventh/eighth graders in high school gym) Camp will be run by Head Coach, Rachell Storm-Baker and Assistant Coach, Sarah Fishel. Our high school volleyball players will also be there to make sure all campers have lots of fun! We will go over basic skills to help the Seventh and Eighth graders get ready for tryouts in August as well as playing lots of games and doing fun drills. Cost is $40 per camper and everyone will receive a camp t-shirt! Registration forms will be sent home with your child prior to the camp. Any questions, contact Coach Baker at [email protected]. Seniors will report to school at the time of their first exam and will remain in the school building until all of their exams are over for that particular day. Once students leave the building, they are NOT PERMITTED to return to South Range High School. Students are permitted to leave school early after their exams are completed if a signed permission slip is confirmed by the office. Permission slips will be distributed with the vouchers. High school cross country and track athletes will be assisting in this camp which will help future Raider student-athletes develop fitness and healthy lifestyle skills. 9 Cre8 Cooking Summer Camp is a unique opportunity for South Range Middle School students to experience hands on cooking in a relaxing and fun environment. Kristen Scott, High School Family and Consumer Science teacher, has planned four days of exciting projects for students entering grades five through eight.
