Scott Sharp Joins Blue River Team
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI - - Blue River, a middle market
merger and acquisition advisory firm, is proud to
announce the addition of Scott Sharp to its deal making
team. Scott brings over 25 year of experience as a
middle market business owner and entrepreneur to Blue
River. He joins Blue River as a Manager in Blue River’s
Acquisition Support Group.
Scott’s areas of professional expertise include:
equipment manufacturing, plastic blow molding, building
supply, construction, business restructure and change
management. The strength of his diverse background
and business ownership, led him to launch S. Lawrence
& Co., a management consulting firm that specialized in
Turnaround Management for small and lower middle
market companies.
He has served on a number of industry and executive
boards including the Executive Board of the Michigan
Lumber Dealers Association, Trustee of the Michigan
Lumber Dealers Self-Insured Health Fund and VP of the
Builders Association of Metro Flint. He is also a member
in good standing with the Turnaround Management
Association (TMA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI)
and Project Management Institute (PMI).
