Any revisions made to Artist’s Rider are subject to Artist Management’s approval
This agreement is entered into this______day of _________, 2015 between
JUSTIN KREDIBLE, LLC. f/s/o Justin Willman (hereinafter referred to as “ARTIST”) and
__________________________________________________(hereinafter referred to as “PURCHASER”)
for the performance of said Artist on___________________________________, 2015.
To insure the most successful performance possible, purchaser should provide the following, at the purchaser’s expense:
1. STAGE: The performance space should ideally consist of a proper theater-style stage with wings and backstage area.
2. STAIRS: Easy access from the audience onto the stage is absolutely necessary. Please provide stairs that lead directly into the
audience from the center of the stage.
3. SOUND SYSTEM: A quality sound system capable of mixing at least 6 channels of voice and music as well as a sound
technician are required. The technician should be available for a 30 minute sound check at least an hour before doors open, and for
the duration of the performance. Also, please ensure there is:
A) A mixer with accessible volume, EQ, bass and treble controls.
B) Minimum of two speakers (placed at each side of the stage).
C) A (XLR) input channel for Artist’s wireless headset microphone receiver.
D) The ability to plug in an iPod near the stage with an 1/8” stereo audio output.
E) One hand-held microphone (wireless) with a stand.
4. LIGHTING: For non-theater venues, a minimum of a full stage wash and follow-spot (if available) will give the room an ample
theatrical feel.
5. SEATING: Seating should be at least 5’ from the stage with an aisle down the middle if possible. IMPORTANT: Do not put a
dance floor between the stage and the audience. It’s best to have the audience as close as possible.
6. VENUE ACCESS: Artist will arrive at least an hour before doors open for set-up and soundcheck. Artist must be granted
immediate access to the performing area upon arrival. Please have the technician available to help with sound and lighting checks.
It is a requirement that the venue be closed to general admission until the completion of set-up and sound/lighting checks. House
doors should opened 30-60 minutes prior to performance, at the sole discretion of Artist.
7. DRESSING ROOM: Please provide a private, well lit, non-smoking, and secure room as close as possible to the performance
area. The room should have a mirror, table, chair, and a nearby bathroom.
8. ***MANDATORY ITEMS NEEDED FOR SHOW*** There are a few other very important things needed for the show, to be provided by the purchaser. Quantities listed below will supply up to two shows..
-BANANAS – At least 4 bananas, yellow (not green) are needed for the show. The smaller the better.
-A SIX-PACK OF COKE – MUST BE CANS, REGULAR SIZE (NOT MINIS), AND ROOM TEMPERATURE
-FOUR (4) BOTTLES OF WATER (Room Temperature)
-TWO (2) CANS OF RED BULL (SUGAR FREE)
-2 x AA batteries
-PACKAGE OF CLASSIC RED SOLO CUPS. (five cups needed per show)
-TWO BARSTOOLS TO USE ON STAGE
For theater shows:
-ACCESS TO A HELIUM TANK, enough to fill up 4 balloons, backstage is ideal, or the balloons can be taken to the tank to
fill and brought back.
9. VIDEO PROJECTOR and SCREEN: (where available) Before, During, and After the show, Artist runs video clips, slides, and
visuals to enhance and accompany the performance. A basic PowerPoint set-up (VGA-out or HDMI) to connect Artist’s Apple-laptop
(with audio) is required, as close to the stage as possible. Rear projection is preferred if available, however an elevated frontal projection screen will suffice. Please let us know how the venue is arranged and we can advise the best set-up.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
A) Artist’s obligation to furnish the entertainment unit referred to herein subject to the detention or
prevention by sickness, inability to perform, accident, means of transportation, act of God, riots,
strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics, and any act or order of any public authority or any cause,
similar or dissimilar, beyond Artist’s control.
B) Provided Artist is ready, willing, and able to perform, Purchaser agrees to compensate Artist in accordance with the
terms hereof regardless of act of God, fire, accident, riot, strike or any event or events of any kind or character whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing events which would prevent or interfere with the presentation of the show
hereunder.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
1) MERCHANDISING (when applicable): Artist and/or his representatives shall have the exclusive right to sell and distribute Artist’s
merchandise at the performance. When possible, please provide a volunteer to help run the merch table before and after the show.
2) COLLATERAL USE:The show cannot be photographed, audio-taped, video-taped, or filmed without getting advanced permission
from the artist. Please provide the artist with a copy of all advertisements, press, posters, handbills, marketing and reviews.
3) HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:Please provide one king size room, non-smoking, with refrigerator and microwave when possible.
It is also requested that the hotel have the following amenities: High Speed Internet Access (in room) and a 24-hour fitness facility.
Please make all hotel arrangements well in advance and make sure that the staff has a record of your reservation, method of payment and the possibility of the artist’s late arrival. Please reserve the room under the name: JUSTIN WILLMAN
4) The specific capacity, gross potential, and ticket price breakdown of the facility where Artist is to perform under this agreement
must be clearly printed on the face of the contract that this agreement is attached to.
5) Purchaser shall not commit Artist to any personal appearances, interviews or any type of promotion without the prior written consent of Artist or Artist’s management. There shall be no press parties or appearances before special group set up, without the express permission of the Artist.
6) Artist shall have the sole right of approval of any and all acts and length of time their performance, when he is the headliner.
7) ARTIST SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT, UPON THIRTY (30) DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL THE ENGAGEMENT IN THE EVENT
ARTIST HAS BEEN RETAINED TO APPEAR IN ANY MOTION PICTURES, TELEVISION MOTION PICTURE, TELEVISION SERIES, OR SPECIAL AND/OR ANY LAS VEGAS, TAHOE, RENO, OR ATLANTIC CITY TYPE ENGAGEMENT. IN THIS RARE
AND UNLIKELY OCCURRENCE, ARTIST WILL SUPPLY SUITABLE REPLACEMENT OR RESCHEDULE ON AN AGREED
UPON DATE.
8) Artist to receive up to twenty (20) complimentary tickets if requested. No complimentary tickets to be issued by the buyer without
prior written permission from Artist’s management.
9) Corporate identification/corporate sponsorship may not be displayed in any manner without prior written approval.
10) ABSOLUTELY NO ADVERTISING UNTIL FULL 50% DEPOSIT IS PAID, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM
ARTIST’S MANAGEMENT.
11) Purchaser must start advertising of this show no less than thirty (30) days prior to show date.
12) Purchaser shall insure proper backstage security and escort Artist from dressing room to show area.

This rider together with the contract attached constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and shall not be amended, altered, canceled, or in any way changed except with written consent of Artist. The Purchaser is apprised and fully understands that
all provisions of this agreement and compliance with all the requirements set for herein are essential to the proper performance of
Artist and that Artist shall have no obligations to perform and will not perform in the event all terms and conditions of this agreement
are not adhered to. It is further understood that if Artist is ready to perform and does not because of Purchaser’s breech, Artist shall
be entitled to the full amount which would have been payable in the event of performance.
The provisions of this rider are supplementary to the basic contract and where there shall be a conflicting provision, the provisions of
this rider shall prevail.
