Jayman Modus, a division within the Jayman Built Group, is an established multi-family residential builder operating in Calgary and

Canada. We currently have an opportunity for a Part-Time Host/Hostess supporting the Jayman Modus Sales Team for Overture in
Currie Barracks, Calgary SW.
Role:








Greet visitors to the Jayman Modus sales centers, and ensure they are comfortable during their visit
Showcase the features and benefits of a Modus home to potential customers
Answer customer questions about the various home designs and floor plans
Ensure signage and other collateral is in place and appropriate
Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team as required
Cleaning and tidying the sales centers; keeping the Showhome in excellent condition at all the time
Answering phone calls and taking accurate notes of any inquiries
Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:








Able to manage a part-time schedule including both weekday and weekend hours
Ability to commit to the provided schedule
Pleasant personality with the ability to interact professionally with potential customers
Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills
Must have a sense of urgency and great attention to details
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times
Good computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of software
