It is similar to Finder/Explorer, but designed by SNS specifically to help media teams work
and collaborate more efficiently.
ShareBrowser not only improves visibility and access to your team’s storage systems, it
conveniently provides automatic project locking for FCP, Adobe, Pro Tools and others —
as well as Avid project and bin sharing. ShareBrowser enables you to search across all EVO
storage in addition to local, offline, and other network disks. Assets and custom metadata
can be instantly added to the shared database, and users can more easily find, preview, tag,
and share media assets and projects. And now, cloud services can appear as workspaces just
like your other network storage. ShareBrowser even gives you the capability to securely
ingest and migrate data using built-in verification tools!

EVO Prodigy is an intelligent, multi-purpose shared storage server and workflow appliance that enables you to share projects, bins, and media. This compact NAS/SAN system includes ShareBrowser
— a unified file/project/asset management interface for OS X and Windows — designed by SNS
specifically to help media teams work and collaborate more efficiently.
Works with existing storage
As a complement to your existing storage, Prodigy is the perfect way to add new life to aging systems,
because it enables bin sharing for Avid, plus project locking for Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
and other professional applications. It also adds easy-to-use asset management, offline proxy storage,
indexing of any storage device, and cloud integration with services like Dropbox, Adobe CC, Box, and
Hightail.
And stands alone
As a standalone appliance for mobile, ENG, DIT, DSLR, and Pro Tools workgroups, Prodigy offers
centralized storage for shared projects and compressed video. Users can edit directly in-place on
Prodigy’s storage, eliminating lengthy copy times and duplicated files. And with built-in tools like asset
search, tagging, and MD5 data verification, editors can easily keep their digital assets neatly organized,
shareable, and safe.
