Webinar.
1. Payments
All bookings made prior to the webinars and course must be paid in full to guarantee
registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation will be sent. If
payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will not be granted. Bookings
can be paid by debit/credit card, bank transfer and invoice (upon request).
2. Early Bird Rate
In order to qualify for any 'early bird' rates, booking and payment must be received
before the deadline date listed in any webinar marketing material.
3. Substitutions & Cancellations
1. Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to
attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge.
Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
From booking and receiving payment 14-days refund period.
2. All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing. No other
refund will be granted outside of this 14-day refund period.
3. No refund will be given once the course and webinars commence unless it
falls within the 14-days refund period of booking at the time of
commencement.
4. No refund will be issued at any time during the allocated course and/or
webinar duration.
5. If a delegate joins mid-way through the course and/or webinar, the 14-day
refund does not apply. It is the responsibility of the delegate to bring
themselves up-to-date by reading missed course content and viewing
recorded webinars.
6. By booking and submitting the payment, the delegate is agreeing to the
refund terms & conditions as written in this paragraph 3.
4. Private Chatroom
Upon receipt of booking and payment you will be invited by email to a private
chatroom where notifications, registration links, documents and information relating
to the course and/or webinar will be posted.
5. Registration Information
Registration information will also be sent to registered delegates by email at least
seven days prior to the event. Any delegate not receiving the registration information
should contact us by email: [email protected]
6. Alterations to Course - Cancellation/Postponement of Webinar
1. Jo Le-Rose reserves the right to make alterations to the course and/or
webinar programme, venue and timings.
2. In the unlikely event of the course and/or webinar not being presented by Jo
Le-Rose or Jo Le-Rose is cancelled as a speaker, a replacement speaker will
take the part of course facilitator for the duration required. The course and
webinar material are already set. These contents are not subject to any
cancellation and will be submitted as stated in the programme.
3. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the course
and/or webinar is postponed or the dates changed, Jo Le-Rose will not be
liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
4. If by re-arrangement or postponement the course and/or webinar can take
place, the booking between the delegate and Jo Le-Rose shall remain in
force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 3.
7. Invited Speakers
Views expressed by invited speakers are their own. Jo Le-Rose cannot accept
liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any invited speaker at the webinar in
any material provided to delegates.
8. Recording
For promotional purposes and for delegates who cannot attend the live webinar, the
webinars will be recorded. Delegates who do not wish to have their voice recorded
should advise the organisers by email prior to the event: [email protected] and this
section will be omitted before being posted to the chatroom as a recording.
9. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow Jo Le-Rose and other
invited speakers to the course and/or webinar to contact them regarding their
services. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications please email
[email protected] The contact details of registered delegates will be placed on the
attendee list, which will be passed to invited speakers to see who is attending the
webinar for the purpose of networking and meetings. Delegates who do not wish to
be included on this list should advise at the time of booking.
10. Websites & Links
The course and webinars associated to Jo Le-Rose’s website may link to other
websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The
contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which Jo Le-Rose
takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any
website linking to the website of Jo Le-Rose.
11. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in
connection with their attendance on the course and webinar. Jo Le-Rose cannot be
held liable for any loss, liability or missed course work and webinars.
12. Invited Speakers Terms & Conditions
1. Jo Le-Rose may use the invited speaker’s name and presentation materials
for promoting delegate attendance at the webinar.
2. Presentations and papers including all associated artwork and illustrations will
not be returned unless specifically requested by the author. The papers must
be objective and completely free of advertising and commercialism.
3. Jo Le-Rose may audio and/or video tape the invited speaker’s session and
the recording may be reproduced and sold as part of the overall course and
webinar materials. This allows delegates to purchase audio/video copies of
presentations that they may have been unable to attend.
4. Jo Le-Rose may reproduce copies of the invited speaker’s presentation (e.g.
PowerPoint slides or supporting hand-outs) on paper and/or electronically and
these may be sold as part of the overall hand-out materials during the course
and webinar and after the event. Any acknowledgement regarding Copyright
or support should be included at the end of the abstract/presentation, as
these will be distributed to the conference delegates.
5. An invited speaker who is subject to a fee will receive a 50% deposit upon
agreeing to attend. All proposed content for the course and/or webinar will
require pre-approval from Jo Le-Rose: [email protected]. Final payment will
then be issued.
6. If an invited speaker has to cancel, a full re-imbursement to Jo Le-Rose will
be required. A suitable substitute will be considered if 14-days in advance
warning is given before the scheduled course and/or webinar. If an invited
speaker requires a postponement of their attendance, then this will be
considered if 14-days in advance warning is given before the scheduled
course and/or webinar.
7. Invited speakers who do not wish to give permission for the above terms and
conditions, please email [email protected] before the commencement of your
invited slot to the course and/or webinar.
By booking and initiating payment, the delegate and invited speaker are agreeing to the
